(Requested) Raon Female Hair 008 ~ Fixed and Pooklet'd

Hi! This hair... um... well, I don't like it. But it was requested and it was very easy to fix so, here is it! XD
Fixes: Missing LOD2 and 3, bad bone assignments, permanent dark colors, eye sliders issue and others... Polycount is around 4000+ polys, so it's perfect for not-so-good machines :)

    Mirajane from Fairy Tail... if the little ponytail was smaller, the would be her exact hair
